dynamix.vm.manager missing configuration files

I have been trying to create a Linux VM but immediately ran into problems with dynamix.vm.manager trying to remote into the VM using VNC.

It seems some files are missing vm manager:

/usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.vm.manager/novnc/defaults.json

/usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.vm.manager/novnc/mandatory.jso
