I'm not sure what's gone wrong as I haven't tweaked this for years, but this week my main PC has become unusable. It is very slow and will intermittently freeze/lock up, although I can still move the mouse. Playing audio is terrible - so choppy that you can't make out words.

Diagnostics attached. Thanks in advance for any help as I'm desperate to fix as this is my work machine.
