Unable to connect to container in 6.11.5

Featured Replies

Greetings to all.

Just changed Internet provider = new modem. Since the change not been able to open any of my containers.

I can connect to my server and see the data but cant open any of the docker containers ie plex, firefox, sonarr etc.

I am looking for advice on how to rectify this problem. I have searched the forum, but not been able to find an answer.

I am quite new to all this so basically know next to nothing, so please go easy on me.

I have not rebooted the system, in case I made things worst.

Many thanks in advance.

Nothing obvious that I can see, my first suggestion would be to upgrade Unraid; that's a very old release.

Have updated to 7.0.1.

Have updated all docker applications, but still no improvement.

Prior to update I could click on application, it would open a web page but it would be blank and not open application.

Now I can click on the application, but when I click on webUI nothing opens.

Included a new copy of diagnostics in case anything has changed.

And that version is a year old.

And your existing version of Community Applications is too old to update. You should remove it and install the new one.

Recommend updating to lates, not likely to help with the issue. Try reasserting the Docker image.

https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/troubleshooting/common-issues/docker-troubleshooting/#re-creating-the-docker-image-file

After recreating, try installing a new container, one that you didn't have, and see if it works. In any case, then:

https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/troubleshooting/common-issues/docker-troubleshooting/#reinstalling-docker-applications

Also see below if you have any custom docker networks:

Thanks to all for help, just an update.

Tried all suggested, and still had same problem.

So just as I was pulling my hair out, tried opening my server in a different browser.

I usually use chrome, but tried opening in firefox and no problems server works fine. Tried again in chrome, still same problem ?????

Anyway its working perfectly in firefox, so that is my new browser.

Again thanks for all the input.

Do you have adblockers or anything else that might interfere with browser?

No, just basic set up of chrome

Changed nothing in chrome from before it stopped working.
