I just loaded Unraid recently on my NAS server. It took days to load all my data. Once complete I loaded the PLEX Docker and started scanning the movies, etc... and went to bed. When I woke up the next morning Unraid / Plex had crashed. When it rebooted the PLEX Docker was gone and I could no longer see the saved files from my SMB Share. I can however see that the data is still present on the drives. as indicated by the amount of data stored and clicking on each individual disc, which shows the data is still there. I have dug through countless articles and forums and still cannot get the shares to work. I have attached my diagnostic file any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your cache is NTFS.

I recommend you reformat cache to a filesystem with more history and support in Unraid, btrfs or ZFS.

df seems to indicate user shares are working, but apparently not completely. Some entries in syslog that might indicate corruption on ntfs cache, not sure about that. But that should go away if you reformat to another filesystem.

See if mover will still work to move all that to the array. Nothing can move open files. Disable Docker and VM Manager in Settings and leave them disabled until after you move things back to reformatted cache.

Thanks for the help. I formatted that drive and changed it's file type as suggested and my data reappeared. Who knew... I didn't even think of that because it had been working before. Thanks again!
