Switching drives to EPC instead of APM/disk sleep?

I'm trying to switch my drives to use the EPC features and letting that handle sleep and so on.

But something seems to keep the drives from going to Idle B, Standby and so on, even when I've disabled sleep for drives in Unraid UI.

Also removed all the plugins for temperature reporting and other things, but something still seems to access the drives.

Is EPC too complicated, when running docker and other things?

    It seems it was Unraid Management Agent Plugin that kept the drives from entering idle b / standby z. I will track the behavior and see if anything changes again.
