Hello everyone,

I have had trouble with my unraid server for years now and i have finally reached a point where i cannot find any other solutions. Hopefully you can help me:

My Server

4x12TB hdd (array, 1 parity)
1x3TB hdd (unassigned device)

2x1TB ssd (cache pool)

those are fixed in my server. I have literally exchanged every other component in order to trouble shoot. I have exchanged CPU, CPU and motherboard, RAM, Sata Controller, Sata Cables, PSU, with or without PCIE GPU...

Problem:

My server freezes either after a while or more likely during high volumes of data transfer (not including pariy sync, that works somehow). Sometimes I can still ping the server but Webui and SSH are not reachable.

AI told me that my PSU is too small, so I have traded it for a 650W PSU (MSI). I have removed all molex to sata adapters and used the 3.3V kapton tape trick to make the hdds spin up.
I have also temporarily disabled disk spindown so that a high spin-up current does not happen.

I have traded my Ryzen 4650G System with 32GB for an old Intel i5 7700k 16GB System I know works perfectly fine, to eliminate this source.
I have also connected all HDDs except for the unassigned 4TB model to the onboard sata ports to eliminate the PCI-E Sata Controller as a source.

Normal syslog starts over after every boot, enable the syslog server and post that after the next crash.
