HDD smart test shows errors - how should I proceed?

Featured Replies

Fix Common Problems showed that Disk 1 had read errors (see screenshot). A short smart self-test confirmed it. I have also attached the diagnostics file. I would be grateful for any pointers on how I should proceed.
