Looks like your Tdarr Docker container is hard limited to 6GB, and tdarr-ffmpeg exceeded it during a transcode job.

Could you help me fix that please? Do I just add more ram?

If you have enough RAM, start by increasing the container limit; it should have a flag like --memory=6G

With 16G of RAM you shouldn't be using it as cache, it's actually recommended to use an old SSD for cache as the file sizes can be pretty large if you're working with blurays and such. Map the cache location to a disk.
