March 5Mar 5 Running into an issue here. Got a Dell Precision T7920 with dual Xenon installed. Yes this machine is good as it is currently running Windows Server 22 Standard. The issue is when I get the Unraid USB plugged in, the BIOS sees it, but upon selecting for installation, it flashes a couple times, and thats it. Yes the RAID controller is in ACHI mode, UEFI enabled, disabled secure boot, and made sure the USB was the first drive to boot. But it never fails. The USB lights up when the BIOS sees it, and it shows in the BIOS, and I have tried every USB port on this machine, and still get nothing. I have even gone as far as letting the machine sit for 12 hours. USB tried = Sandisk 16GB, Lexxar 4GB, Samsung 32GB, Samsung 128GBAny suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

March 6Mar 6 Author Thanks guys for the suggestions! I found an answer that probably applies to ALL Dell Precision T series 4u towers, so long as they have the RAID card installed. I found an article here for the T5800 series, but it worked for both my T7610 & T7920Steps below:-Setup USB with Unraid-Go to BIOS-Make sure the UEFI is on-Disable Secure Boot-On Boot Order: - you have to manually map to the USB stick, and create your own boot by clicking the "add" option. From there, browse through your USB stick, Select EFI/Boot/bootx64.efi file-Save and close-Restart and let the system load. Please note that this process means that USB can never be moved, it is highly suggested to plan out where it will plug in before starting this process. Please mark this as solved.
