Docker Connectivity Across VLANs

Hey all,

I'm trying to sort out an issue I've gone in circles trying to remediate.

I'm attempting to put a docker container onto a VPN network type. The container works as expected, however, I'm not able to access it from my desktop which is on a different VLAN.

Changing the container back to a bridge network restores my connectivity.

I'm able to place my PC onto the same VLAN and access the container while it's on VPN.

Frankly, I worked myself in circles and it very well may be something stupid that I'm just neglecting at this point but I'm seeing anybody's insight that can tell me where I've goofed.
