March 9Mar 9 Hi, I hope some can help me please.I can access smb and dockers using LAN IP, only the Unraid web UI is inaccessible. Everything including unraid web UI is accessible using Tailscale IP. Please find system diagnostic attached. I switched ISP so I have a new router. The old router used subnet 192.168.2. but the new one uses 192.168.0. and is not configurable. On my new router DHCP I reservered the ip 192.168.0.10 to the unraid MAC. In unraid I set IPv4 and IPv6 assignment to auto. I can't access the Web UI using this IP, but I can access smb and dockers. I tried reboot server in safe mode (GUI) without any plugins and I still couldn't access it using local IP. I've cleared my browser cache and it didn't help.I don't know what else to do.Thanks for reading. tower-diagnostics-20260309-2205.zip

March 10Mar 10 Author It's probably worth noting that 192.168.0.10 redirects to https://192-168-0-10.32dd511e2a1eda46c10667ec1bf8170a156b2de2.myunraid.net/ which returns this error message.This site can’t be reached192-168-0-10.32dd511e2a1eda46c10667ec1bf8170a156b2de2.myunraid.net’s DNS address could not be found. March 10Mar 10 Community Expert Try starting here:https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/system-administration/secure-your-server/securing-your-connection/#ssl-certificate-typesI am hoping that someone else will also jump in with some advice to help you. You can also try using a http: address rather than a https: address. (I believe most browsers will use https: rather than http: unless you specifically use http://{IP_ADDRESS}

March 10Mar 10 Author Thanks. I can now access the Web UI on 192.168.0.10. The FQDN https://192-168-0-10.32dd511e2a1eda46c10667ec1bf8170a156b2de2.myunraid.net/ still doesn't work, I don't think that's as critical, but if you know how to get it working I would be greatful. DNS Rebinding Protection is ENABLED if that makes a difference.

March 10Mar 10 Author Thanks after reading that link I figured out that on the device that I'm using to to connect to the unraid Web UI, I need to manually configure the DNS, so it's not using my routers DNS, which has Rebinding Prodection ENABLED and so doesn't allow redirected traffic to local addresses.I configured my PC to use google DNS instead and now the FQDN address is working. Thanks for your help everyone. I think this is completely resolved now.
