Performed clean shutdown via dash board but it says it was a unclean shutdown and crashed

Featured Replies

As the title says, i was doing a little fan maintenance and shut down unraid via the dashboard. i waited about 3 minutes and it said it was off and the server physically appeared off. Once i turned it back on, and started the array, it told me it was a unclean shutdown and it crashed.

Can anyone take a look at the diags and let me know why this happened?

Thank you so much

It looks like there just wasn't enough time. Time how long it takes to stop the array, then add 30 or 60 seconds to that value and set it in Setttings - Disk Settings - Shutdown Timeout.
