Hi

I want to move an existing ZFS Pool with 4 SSDs to new hardware. Questions:

  1. is this possible?

  2. If yes, Is it the same as for disks in an array (just move it to the new hardware) or do I have to pay attention on something?

thx,

sandsturm

Assuming no RAID controllers are involved, you should be able to just reimport the pool:

create a new pool with the same name and number of slots

assign the pool device(s), leave the filesystem set to auto

start the array to import the pool
