can't access SSH/Putty to access unraid server

hello everyone! I tried to use Putty to connect to my unraid server.. in the Settings SSH is enabled on port 22

but when I try to connect I always get access denied after I entered my password.. and yes the password is correct. I can login with it on the web ui

Am I doing anything wrong? I am still quiet a beginner and don't understand why it isn't working

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
