Hi I've been trying to upgrade for a bit now  7.2.3 -> 7.2.4 but keep getting the error Plugin failed to install

I really don't know where to start, everything has been so plain sailing since setting up this server. I've attached my diagnostics though if anyone can help

Looks like your flash drive is read-only. Put it in your PC and checkdisk. Or reformat and restore from your flash backup.
