March 31Mar 31 Hi!I had to shutdown my server to do some electrical work and when I turned it back on, it had renamed itself Tower. I can't access any shares from SMB. I can access them from the server itself and see the content, just not connect from another device. All of docker is working fine. Not using VMs.I checked all settings, nothing changed. I was also not able to shutdown twice, clicking the shutdown button just did nothing, as well as cli command.I don't have a USB backup from before the incident. Can I fix the issues without re-installing unraid? If not, how can I re-install it and lose the least settings possible?Thank you! Edited March 31Mar 31 by Remy4409
March 31Mar 31 let's start with the diagnostics file from your server. Be sure to post it up in a new post in this thread!

Not only the share, but I just cannot connect to the server network location at all.
March 31Mar 31 Permissions are correct; try toggling the SMB service and also sharing the flash drive to see if that shows up.

From the moment I try to connect to my server, ex: 192.168.100.105, it just won't find it. It doesn't show up anywhere on the local network as well.
March 31Mar 31 Try booting with a new flash drive using a stock Unraid install, no key needed, then just export the flash drive over SMB and retest, that will confirm if it's a config problem or a LAN issue.
March 31Mar 31 That confirms it's a config problem. My suggestion would be redoing the flash drive, backup the current one first and then recreate it using the USB tool and just restore the bare minimum, like the key, super.dat and the pools folder for the assignments, also copy the docker user templates folder (\config\plugins\dockerMan\templates-user), if all works you can then reconfigure the server or try restoring a few config files at a time from the backup to see if you can find the culprit.
April 2Apr 2 Author Solution Solved,I tried the solution from that post:Deleted the 4 files from the flash drive using the WebGUI and rebooted. Just had to choose a new root password and add users back. Access was restored.
