April 2Apr 2 Hi all,I’m running into an issue where my cache/pool devices are no longer visible in the Unraid UI.Context:Unraid version: 7.2.4I recently moved the server to a new physical location (same hardware, just relocated)After powering it back on, I started troubleshooting and the pools disappeared from the UII’m unable to start the array without the pool devices setup correctlyWhen I try to add a pool with the same name as the old one (cache) I get an error saying the pool already exists, though not visible in UI.What I’ve done so far:Booted into safe modeChecked /boot/config/ and confirmed:super.dat existspools/ folder existsRestarted nginx (/etc/rc.d/rc.nginx restart)Rebooted multiple timesAccessed Unraid through Safari on iPad, Chrome and Firefox on Windows.Current state:/boot/config/pools/ existssuper.dat is presentHowever:No pools show up in the UIEven the boot device appears empty in the UIDisks themselves appear to be detected at the system levelDiagnostics:AttachedThanks in advance!tower-diagnostics-20260402-0023.zip Edited April 2Apr 2 by IJke Update things I’ve done

April 2Apr 2 Community Expert In that case, my recommendation would be to redo the flash drive, backup the current one first and then recreate it using the USB tool and just restore the bare minimum, like the key, super.dat and the pools folder for the assignments, also copy the docker user templates folder (\config\plugins\dockerMan\templates-user), if all works you can then reconfigure the server or try restoring a few config files at a time from the backup to see if you can find the culprit.
