Hey I am building an Old HP Z620 and all was working fine for a few days.

I then came across the above error. It then dropped one of my sata drives, checked the drive and it was fine but not showing in unraid or system bios. Reseated same error then replaced the sata cable and same thing, moved it to a different port and drive reappeared. Error came up again and cleared. I think i have a dead port or a dying drive. I have attached the diagnostic form when i changed ports and the error showed. Can anybody confirm or assist for me please, I am not sure what I am looking for.

You can ignore this error; it's harmless and unrelated to the device issues, which, by the description, look more like a power/connection issue.

interesting, many thanks. I have seen this in a few posts pointing to ecc memory errors..will dig deeper
