Unable to upgrade beyond version 7

Featured Replies

Hi Team,

I cannot upgrade beyond Unraid 7 (e.g to 7.2.4). I have tried multiple versions passed version 7 and all fail to load the webui. I have tried to resolve the issue and cannot figure it out.

It appears nginx is not starting automatically and things are also not working other than that. I can boot into normal mode with GUI, however, the webui fails to load.

I've attached the diagnostics, if someone could help, I would greatly appreciate.

Thank you

I would suggest first try redoing it from your backup (if you have one) as sometimes rewriting the drive can fix this type of issue. If that does not work you will have to consider transferring your setup to a new one.

I have replaced the USB with my backup and it is now working. Thank you very much.
