hi there,

Can anyone help? I just tried to install the new version of plex and it looks like it installed but now the server just says starting but only the flash drive mounts.  i've rebooted a few times and removed plex but it's still stuck...

anyone know what's wrong?  i have couchpotato, sickbeard and sabnzbd installed (but they've never been an issue before)

There are definitely still some add-ons running as you boot your server, as they are logged in your syslog. Edit your go file (located in the config folder on your flash drive) using Notepad++ on Windows or TextEdit on Mac so that everything is commented out (meaning has a # in front of it) except for this line:

 

/usr/local/sbin/emhttp &

 

Now reboot. Your server should start normally without any add-ons. If that works, you can start removing the # symbols to re-enable your add-ons to start one by one.
