Out Of Memory errors detected on your server

Featured Replies

Hi, can someone please help diagnose why my server keeps running out of memory even though my stats on the dashboard is around 22%. Guessing something is spiking it at some point and would like to pinpoint what that is.

Many Thanks

Unsure if linked but some of my docker containers seem to uninstall around getting this message, data is still in appdata but no sign of them in docker.

Your GPU is what is running out of memory. It looks like (to my untrained eye) you are crashing the kernel driver for the Nvidia GPU right after all your containers are started up and I see you are running the ollama llm container.

Set this container to not auto-start and reboot, run without this docker container and post new diags please

Yeah I suspect the ollama container is causing the issue with the NVRM out of memory, I dont see any logged now

Do you know if there anyway to cap the VRAM usage within the container so it doesn’t error out?

I am not aware if that is possible.

It's not actually running out of memory, it's a driver issue - update the driver and/or the motherboard BIOS
