Hi,

After upgrading from a i5 11400 CPU to the Intel 245k i can no longer get plex to transcode video via the iGPU.

Running Unraid 7.2.2

/dev/dri output:

I'm having this same problem, too but I'm running 7.2.4 and have a 265k. BIOS explicitly set to IGD and INTEL_GPU_TOP installed.

You may need 7.3-beta for that to work.

This was actually a plex issue and they very recently pushed a fix that may not yet be available to download as of this message.

If you are running a linuxserver plex container you can add the following variables to pull the specific version.

VERSION: 1.43.2.10623-07eb705bc

Thank you so much!

This fixed my issue.
