June 14, 201214 yr So i have a norco 2212... 12 bay 2u case. I bought the Rl26 rails from Habey USA. The instructions say i should be able to get 4 screws into the chassis for each rail....I only see 3.... So i mount it.... Mount the sleds to the rack, slide it in.... wont go back all the way..... So I take the rails off the chassis...slide them into the sled...they go in fine... put the rails back on the chassis, slide it in...same... Its like the weight of the chassis is causing these rails not to work right.... It takes some serious force to move this se rver in an out... Has anyone seen this? What about the fact that only get 3 screw holes to line up on the chassis? Can anyone assist?
