Mover cron job looks like its going but nothing happens

I am running unraid 5.0-rc3 with simplefeatures, but Im pretty sure this issue has been happening before the installation of simplefeatures

 

It looks like the cron job is kicking off every morning at the correct time but I am seeing this:

exit status 1 from user root /usr/local/sbin/mover |& logger

nothing moves, I can however hit move now or type in "/usr/local/sbin/mover" |& logger on the console and it will work as expected.  Anyone know what I should do to fix this?
