I've recently been experiencing issues with the Mover taking hours to move only a handful of GB. In addition to this, I've been experiencing a bit of stuttering due to what I believe is high IOWait. At the time of typing, top is showing a wa of 55.1.

Currently, my deluge, sabnzbd, and tdarr docker containers are shutdown as to not muddy the waters as far as mover issues and the iowait.

Don't see any obvious issues; reboot to clear the logs, disable docker service, start the array, wait a couple of minutes and grab diags, then start the mover and grab new ones and post both.
