May 11May 11 I have been dealing with an issue for a while now that I just can't seem to figure out. I have tried shutting down and removing a stick of ram and only running one at a time and when it crashes swapping them out. I have also disable each of my docker containers one at a time to see if that was causing the crash but it continues to happen. The entire system locks up and becomes unresponsive until i do a hard shut down. I would love any assistance with this issue. syslog-192.168.1.100.log

May 11May 11 Author Thanks, I just made the change. Would this issue just start happening all of a sudden if that wasn't set correctly?

May 11May 11 I don't see anything relevant logged on the persistent syslog; this typically means a hardware problem could be a new one. One thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker containers/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one, including the individual docker containers.
May 11May 11 Author it could be the 10g network card I put in it going back. I can try removing that and going with the onboard as well as what you suggested.
May 16May 16 Author Following back up with this. I ended up updating the bios and so far the issue has gone. Over 3 days so far without any issues. I think the issue might have been that the 4 26tb drives that I plugged in through USB were not fully supported by the MB. As their usage went up the issue happened more often.
