ZFS pool and cache no longer present after move to internal boot on 7.3.0

Featured Replies

I've just performed the configuration to boot my Unraid server from USB to internal nvme and the system has booted from the internal drive as expected - except my ZFS pool and associated cache pool has now gone.

The pools are listed but no drives are assigned. Is this expected? If I reassign the drives will the pools continue as before or have I lost my data?

UPDATE - drives reassigned to the pools and all is now OK. Is this expected behaviour after using the internal boot configuration process?

Nope, they should all remain assigned after a reboot; it copies the complete configuration from the flash drive. Maybe there was an issue with the flash or some files.
