Cache Says Full, but Empty

The GUI reports that the cache is full, but the cache settings say it is empty. When I try to write a tiered file to share, it says it is full. When I try and LS from the CLI I get an dir: reading directory '.': Input/output error

This all started with upgrade to 7.3

Any help would be appreciated

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
