Device Negotiation Issue

Featured Replies

Hey gang.

Having a heck of a time getting unraid to negotiate a 10gbps connection. I see the following in the syslog (unraid server name is tower). As you can see, the initial negotiation happens at 10gbps, but is then downgraded for some reason.

The NIC is an Intel X540 connecting to the 10GB port on a Bell Gigahub device. I have already swapped cables to a known good Cat6 cable, however the issue persists.

Sorry, should have mentioned, I upgraded to 7.3 as part of troubleshooting, however the issue remains.

This can only be NIC, cable or switch/router.
