Machine takes a long time to start. 15-20 minutes before it boots into unraid or the bios. It only boots into the bios. I can get it to boot to unraid but have to reboot it like 50 times after waiting 15-20 minutes. It does this with the unraid USB out as well. I can select the unraid USB in the boot menu and it will start right away. I checked the unraid USB with chkdsk and didn't find any errors.

This suggests some hardware or BIOS issue; not much you can do on the Unraid side.

So I would have to get another motherboard?

You can try some other stuff before, like resetting CMOS, removing all add-on cards, etc
