Loss of WebUI access.

Featured Replies

similar to others who have posted, I can't access the webUI. I've booted into GUI mode and get the connection error there. booted into Safe mode with GUI, still get connection error. rest of the server/services are up. been through multiple posts here and other forums and tried many of the proposed solutions to no avail.

Jun 8 17:40:53 Chimaera rc.nginx: Nginx server daemon... Failed.

Nginx is failing to start, this looks more like a config problem. See if a stock install works first. first backup the flash drive, then recreate it using the USB tool, confirm the flash drive boots with the stock install and you can access the GUI, and if yes, restore just the bare minimum from the backup, like the key, super.dat and the pools folder for the assignments, also copy the docker user templates folder (\config\plugins\dockerMan\templates-user), if all works you can then reconfigure the server or try restoring a few config files at a time from the backup to see if you can find the culprit.

Thanks - I was able to at least get my dockers and vm's copied to new flash boot drive. still not sure what part of the config was causing issues. license key successfully transferred and now upgraded to 7.3.1. Just have to re-install some plugins now.

Appreciate the assist... I had been messing with this since early May.
