有些docker应用不能拉取更新

安装了 plex和emby、rustdesk-aio，明明显示有更新可用，但就是拉取不了更新。烦人啊。。。。都设置好了通过代理了。

    代理是在系统里的代理服务设置的吗，如果是在系统里设的话，docker需要手动重启一遍才会用代理走流量
