Parity disk is healthy, parity check passes with no errors, but 2nd parity disk still disabled.

Featured Replies

I have two parity disks that worked fine until one didn't. I went to bed and everything was fine, I woke up and my 2nd parity disk was marked with a red x that when hovered said "Parity device is disabled". From what I know to look for in the logs, things are reported as healthy. I ran a parity check and things were fine. I stopped and started the array, and rebooted the system as well. It's always reported as disabled and I can't find errors as to why. I can see in the logs where the disk is imported with no errors.

Not sure how to debug this further at this point.
