I work with digital relays and when there's something we need to log that is chattering, we can turn on an anti-chatter timer that essentially mutes something from being logged if it would populate more than 5 times in a second for a configurable duration. When I had a power loss, my PC went down while the unraid box stayed up on the UPS for a clean shutdown. During this is repeatedly created log entries about trying to reconnect to my computer. Is there a setting somewhere similar to the anti-chatter feature I explained above?

Not as far as I know.

The Enhanced Syslog plugin has a filter to exclude things from being logged but you have to add them manually.
