[7.3.2] Share Browse popup renders as unstyled text wall — CSS/JS assets missing for file browser table only

Featured Replies

Unraid version: 7.3.2
Browser: Vivaldi 8.1.4087.58 / Chromium 150.0.7871.208

Component affected: Shares → [share name] → file browser popup (the folder/file listing that opens when clicking into a user share)

Description:

After [updating to / running] 7.3.2, the file browser popup for user shares no longer renders as a proper table. Instead of columns for permissions, type, name, size, and date, all cell content is displayed as one continuous, unstyled block of running text — checkboxes and folder icons still render correctly, but the table layout/CSS itself is gone.

The rest of the WebGUI (navigation bar, breadcrumb, dashboard, other pages) renders completely normally. Only this specific popup component is affected.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Shares

  2. Click into any user share to open the file browser popup

  3. Observe that file/folder rows are not laid out in columns but run together as plain text

Expected behavior: File browser table displays in properly formatted columns (as it always has previously).

Environment:

  • Same machine, same browser used before and after — issue is not client-side (confirmed via hard refresh, cache clear, and testing in a different browser)

  • [Add: browser + version, e.g. Chrome 12x / Firefox 12x]

  • [Add: whether this started immediately after the 7.3.2 update, or after some other change]

Additional notes:

  • Suspect a missing or corrupted CSS/JS asset specific to this popup (e.g. DataTables/Footable resource) possibly caused by an incomplete write to the boot flash drive during the update.
