Hello, I'm on 7.3.0

One of my array disks (xfs) comes up as unsupported, so I used the webGUI to check it out. I got 

Phase 1 - find and verify superblock...
bad primary superblock - bad magic number !!!
...................[snipped a lot of progress dots]
Sorry, could not find valid secondary superblock
Exiting now.

at that point, I got a Fix button, so I tried it, but I received the same message. No fix. What do I need to do here, other than throw in the towel on this disk?

    Please post the diagnostics. Also, did this happen out of the blue, or after an unclean shutdown or the disk getting disabled?
