Hi,

I'm unable to join the Unraid Discord server with my main Discord account. When I try to accept the invite, I receive the message:

"Whoops... Unable to accept invite"

I can join the server successfully using a different Discord account, so the invite itself appears to be working.

I've already checked with staff on the Discord thread and was advised that my account is not on the server ban list, and to create a new forum post for further investigation.

Could a moderator please check if there are any issues related to my Discord User ID, account linking, verification requirements, or any automated moderation tools that may be preventing my main account from joining?

Looking into this with the mod team, so far not super sure whats causing the block. Could you try changing your Discord nickname to something in plain English? I'm not certain that's the cause, but those characters can sometimes trip things up during the join, so it's worth ruling out.

In the meantime, the mods over on discord will dig through our server settings and see if anything stands out that might be blocking your main account.

I have updated both my username and display name as suggested. However, I am now receiving the message "Looks like you've been banned".

I was never able to join the server in the first place, so I'm not sure why a ban would be in place.

New username: OutlawHex

Could you please check and let me know if there's anything preventing my account from joining?
