server freeze

Featured Replies

Hey, I'm new to unraid and linux, i've just setup an server with a trial key and i'm experiencing freezes,
i've tried switching to ipvlan and that was the only thing i could find that might be the issue, if anyone can look at the
syslog and diagnostics I would really appreciate it I can't see anything that might be a red flag, then again i'm not that familar
with linux.

Macvlan is no longer an issue, since 6.12.11. Assuming the syslog previously covered a crash there's nothing relevant logged, this can be a hardware issue, start by runing memtest, one other thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker containers/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one, including the individual docker containers.
