My array is not starting even after waiting for 20 mins. Last night I let it even complete the parity check, but it's still says "Starting..."

One of your plugins is starting before the array has set up the user-shares.  This prevents unRAID from starting.

 

This has been reported many times previously.  Start a thread in the customizations forum to get assistance on how to fix.
