I converted to internal boot and once I =rebooted and moved license to TPM. I looking over Pools and saw that it show 2 internal boots and the second is showing my internal boot drive is online then the second slot shows my internal drive as missing and I cannot start the array due to too many wrong disk. I have provided a screenshot if I have not explained this issue right.
