Unraid Server freezes ,no ssh , no gui, no hdmi, sometimes responds to ping.

I am pretty sure its hardware , or flash, but flash seems ok , disks are ok-ish?

please someone who actually understands the logs take a look. my Unraids run fine , and when there is something like that i know its something with this specific server.
also it froze , i restarted , and it froze again after like half an hour during parity check.
