Splitting just data mirror from boot+data config?

I have 2x 500GB SSDs that are currently configured with a 16GB ZFS boot mirror and the rest as a BTRFS data mirror.

I'd like to know if it's possible to keep the mirrored boot partitions, but split the data partitions so that they are no longer mirrored and move them into separate pools.

Is this possible while keeping the boot partition in tact? If so, what's the procedure?

    You can set the data partition to stripe/raid0 so that they are not mirrored and use all the space, but you cannot use two separate single pools.
