Saturday at 08:19 PM4 days Yeah, my description wasn't good. I'd like my DXP4800Pro to have green LEDs across the board:Power LED = Green. No flashing.Network LED: Green = 2,5Gbit/s, Red = otherwise. Flash with activity.4 green Drive LEDs either bright (33%) or dim (20%) based on power/standby. Nice to have red if a drive is above a temperature threshold. No flashing.Works as configured (see configuration below) when the 4 drives are inactive, but when any single drive is active, it goes blueish. My configuration:

No flashing. What do you mean by "power/standby" for the drives? My interpretation: Power="Spun up + Read/Write activity" vs. standby="spun-up but without head activity".In the Drive menu, do you see the following screen when scrolling down? There you coulddeactivate the Blink on disk activity slide button.for Colour of the drive LEDs pick By disk temperaturefor Disks in Standby pick Dimmed and choose the brightness below (in steps of 5%).I have a DXP4800Plus, so you have to confirm the existence (and functionality) of this menu by yourself on your DXP4800Pro.I assume that by "above a temperature threshold" you mean a threshold picked by the user individually, correct? If I am not missing anything we as users cannot (yet) choose a temperature threshold for change of colors (both for the drives as well as the CPU temperature). I would welcome this function though. @Schubi05 could you have a look into this and it's feasibility?
Sunday at 04:13 PM3 days Author I've merged UGREEN LED Control into a new plugin, UGREEN NAS Control: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/201044-plugin-ugreen-nas-control-led-fan-and-system-control-for-ugreen-dxdxp-nas/It contains the whole LED part of this plugin (the same code, with the same colours, effects, status mode, night mode, Unraid alerts, shutdown signal and dashboard tile) and adds fan control and a case view for the DXP6800 Pro and the DXP4800 GT, an overview of the whole NAS and a combined dashboard tile. It works on every model UGREEN LED Control knew; the LEDs are off until you switch them on.From now on new features go into UGREEN NAS Control. UGREEN LED Control stays installed and keeps working for everyone who prefers it, but I'd recommend switching. How to switch (about two minutes, no reboot needed):Plugins → Install Plugin → paste https://raw.githubusercontent.com/alexanderschubert/ugreen-nas-control/main/plugin/ugreen-nas-control.plg → Install. Keep UGREEN LED Control installed for now.Settings → UGREEN NAS Control → LED control → switch it on, then press Take over the settings. Colours, effects, status mode and night mode are copied; nothing of the old plugin is changed.Check the LEDs on the Overview and under General & preview. While both plugins are installed they write the same LEDs and the last write wins, so don't leave both running for long.Uninstall UGREEN LED Control under Plugins. Your settings are already in the new plugin; uninstalling the old one removes its own settings folder only. You don't have to switch. If you stay, nothing changes for you, and bug reports for this plugin are still welcome in this thread. Thanks to everyone here who tested, reported and translated – ivolution for the Spanish translation, which now also works in UGREEN NAS Control.

I looked at how the vendor driver and the other iDX6011 plugins talk to your MCU and built it in: six bays, the LED registers of the Pro (two LAN LEDs, so disk1 is register 3), the SMBus-block frames, and the bay numbers by SATA controller (ASMedia ports are bays 1-4, Intel ports 5-6, which fits what you saw). It's version 0.25.0, which I can't test myself. Could you update and tell me: (1) are your two drives now in bays 1 and 2? (2) do the LED colours you set show up on the right bays, and does the lighting marquee stop? (3) if something is wrong: the output of /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/ugreen-led-control/backend/ugreen-led-ctl status and which LED lit up when you pressed "Identify" on bay 1.@Schubi05 I tested your update that includes initial iDX6011 Pro support. Here are my findings. Also, thank you for the super quick response and support addition. Note: I'm arcmodo. I changed my username. On testing the Identify on each drive. They all worked except disk3 for some reason. ERROR: disk3: invalid status block.Disks 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 identify and blink and 2, 4, 5, and 6 stop blinking on stop command, but bay 1 keeps blinking even with stop command. The disk3 error was because it was set to black. After resetting it to match the other disks (white for empty bays), it now pulses appropriately. After manually setting disk1 back to static/white, it stopped the pulsing. Next time I tried to identify and stop, it worked, but the first time the stop changed it from my setting of green to a default white. I reset it to green, then did identify and stop and it reverted to the original green color after the identify white pulse.Network LED by link speed is detecting the proper link speed (2.5G), but it isn't changing the LED color to match. It's sitting on the blue set in the LED settings above instead of changing to green for 2.5G. When I changed default mode from Manual to Status-based, the Network LED color did apply at that point. That really just looks like the Network LED by link speed only applies if you're using status-based mode. I just noticed the message, "with 'Manual’ its own colour applies", so that makes sense, but maybe some wording more specifically that the Network LED by link speed only applies in status-based mode?Other than the above, it's working great! Thank you for the super quick update to add support for the iDX6011 Pro.For reference, I tried the new plugin, and it's missing the case view image and says there isn't one available, but in the ugreen-led-control plugin, it shows the proper 6-bay image, albeit without the LED display on the right, but that's not a big deal unless you start supporting the LED display. I would suggest sticking with the 6-bay image until you can find/create one with the LED display included.I’ll mess around more with the new plugin shortly. Edited Sunday at 07:40 PM3 days by tacocow

Tuesday at 02:30 PM1 day Thanks so much for your continued work on this.Echoing others above I currently use FanCtrlPlus2 for fan control which I love. It gives me granular response to drives (Nvme temps as well as HDD) as well as CPU and responds as needed. It's great. With your new plugin can I just use the LED controls and disable/dismiss fan controls?
