Newly Created Unraid boot USB not booting

Featured Replies

I have a Boot USB going bad. I downloaded and ran Unraid Creator v2.0.11.1 and created a new Boot V7.3.3 which is what I am currently running. When I plug it into the server and boot it does nothing. The OS does not load at all. I verified the files are on the USB but does not load unraid.

If you are booting UEFI ensure the directory EFI~ on the USB stick is renamed to EFI. However if you are booting legacy try running the makebootable batch file on the USB.

Like mentioned, if you are booting legacy, you must run makebootable.bat as an admin first; for UEFI boot, you don't need to do anything.
