June 30, 201214 yr Hello Now that i've got a cache drive im thinkin about moving away from downloading with my windows machine using grabit and copying it over network to using sabnzb with the cache drive... Some questions though. Mostly when i download i with with downloading par 2 files, then i check the download and if needed , i download the extra pars, then repair and then extract, all this is possible right? Then i know about the mover script, but since most downloads arent clean as i want ( i dont need covers and stuff) i want to be able to look at the downloads before moving them to the array, is this possible?
June 30, 201214 yr Sabnzbd does everything automagicaly. Downloads, checks, gets pars, if needed (and not all, only the needed count), repairs, extracts. You can even set different settings for different categories of downloads. I used Alt.Binz for years and though there was nothing better, then I tried Sab and never looked back. Now I very very rarely use Alt.Binz or UsenetExplorer, on some special occasions. Reads the sab's help, its short, its very easy and its awesome.

It's on my unraid server using my cache drive, and it downloads, cleans up file/folder names, deletes extra files, and moves the proper location on the cache drive and gets seen immediately by XBMC, and moves it later that night (seamlessly). Sab is a powerful tool to automate a lot of your processing, if you set it up right.

Amd athlon 2 x2 240e and 2x2 gb ram How do you make sab clean your folders and delete extra files?
