Hi guys this is going to be my first build for unraid and I hope you guys help me review it for any glaring mistakes! Thanks:)

 

1 x    Intel Core 2 Duo E6500 Processor

1 x    Asustek P5G41T-MLX LGA 775 Motherboard

1 x    Cooler Master GX-450W LED Version 80+ Bronze Power Supply RS450-ACAAD3-L2

2 x    Corsair PC2-6400 DDR2-800 2GB RAM VS2GB800D2

1 x    Cooler Master RC-343 Elite 343 MAXT Casing

 

I'm from Singapore so there are many electronics that I'm unable to purchase from the states. This build would already run up to $320 for me. I'm mainly using this just for a home storage and I'm only going to do 2x2Tb and a parity drive so my power usage won't really be excessive. Please comment, thanks!

    That motherboard takes DDR3 RAM, not DDR2. 2 GB is plenty for a simple NAS, so no need for 4 GB if that helps you save a bit of money. Other than that, this looks like a nice simple build!
