Question about the IBM m1015 card

I'm looking to add one to my server because I just filled up the last SATA on my MB.

 

Can someone tell me the difference between these two version?  From what I read they are the same in description, one just costs $12 more:

The second one for $78 doesn't look too bad.  Though I would need to buy a bracket.

Googling a little shows that 46M0831 is the option part, so it comes as an option with new servers, and 46M0861 is the replacement part-number, so it comes when the previous one got broken somehow. So, they are the same.

FYI, double check with Server Supply to make sure they come with a bracket.  The brackets run about $15-$20 which can make an e-bay buy a better deal.

They specify no bracket, and for $90 I agree, Ebay may be a better choice.
