Music library apps that don't edit mp3 files?

Can anyone suggest some music library apps that can create a usable (and preferably pretty) library without making any changes to mp3 filenames or id3 information. I don't want my mp3 files to be changed at all. Most of the solutions I've seen have great features like adding album art, or lyrics and pulling in additional data from various web services - but it seems this often goes alongside file edits.

 

Can anyone suggest anything that doesn't edit the mp3 files and instead keeps a database of some sort. I don't mind files being added to mp3 folders, but I don't want folder names changed or the mp3 files edited.
