Ended up using my SuperMicro Card and was unable to use this as well in my server... I'm "maxed" out on my case with 20 drives (4 x 5in3 cages), so selling this card.  Original BIOS as far as I know, will include both Reverse Breakout Cables and the goofy USB daugther card that came with it when I ordered it.  DOES NOT come with mounting bracket.
