July 12, 201213 yr First the mover script is moving stuff off of this share to a disk (disk4 in this case), which is killing the plugins that rely on the stuff that's getting moved. Next, the share is called "plugins" and it's also shown as a share on the server, when browsed from within windows. I would expect that a cache only share would only show on the cache drive, not the main array. Is this correct, or is the problem deeper than I thought? How do I fix it so that the "plugins" share is ONLY on the cache, it doesn't show in any other locations, and is not processed by the mover script?

You would use one of the more recent "5.0rc" versions and check the box on the user-share that indicates it is to be "cache only" OR on older versions of unRAID, name the share ".plugins" rather than "plugins" Shares with named with a leading "." are not moved. July 12, 201213 yr You have the share set to cache only? You have the share set to not be exported? The exported user shares include both the main array and the cache drive. Otherwise, anything on the cache that hasn't been moved yet wouldn't show over the network in the user share. Maybe post a screen shot of the share settings.

I did have it set to "Use Cache: Only", but I also had it set to "Export: Yes" I thought it needed to be set to export so that I could see it from Windows. I guess as long as I can see the cache drive, I don't need (or really want) to see the share as a user share. I'll leave it set to "Export: No" overnight and see if mover moves anything tonight. Thanks for the help!
July 13, 201213 yr Hmm, cache only should not have moved, exported or not. I suggest you go to the 5.0RC forum and read the "please read this" sticky and post it as a possible bug.
July 13, 201213 yr Why don't you set export to "Yes (Hidden)"? That way you can still manually browse to it.
